Barrett Athletic Consulting guarantee’s the quality of our work. After 14 years and over 500 student-athletes we believe our process is credible and effective. We will return your investment if you can prove we have not given you the kind of effort outlined at the time of signing.

Advising Program: Range $2200 - $2800

  1. 2 Macro Marketing projects per contract
  2. 2 Micro Marketing projects per contract
  3. Up to 2 in-home, personalized prep sessions/reviews/planning (client option)
  4. Selected clientele in particular demographics
  5. 14-hour per day, 6 day a week advising (office/cell hours Monday- Friday, 8 am - 10 pm, no Sundays)
  6. Customized marketing program developed to client-specific interests in all major areas of search (athletic, academic, financial, environmental)
  7. Personalized “plan of action” dealing with admissions, athletics, and financial aid strategies.
  8. Basic communication tools and resources
  9. Assistance with application essays and interviews
  10. Continuous audit of college selection variables
  11. Eligibility, admissions, financial aid consultation
  12. College visit prep package/Tele-communication prep information.
  13. Unofficial/official college visit coordination (if needed)
  14. Ongoing contact with college coaches
  15. BAC website access-updates on new clients/singings/news
  16. 6-25 State database prep provided for client
  17. Will provide up to 50 personalized postcards
  18. Coordinate all video (client expense)
  19. Coordinate updates on personal profile

  21. 1 envelope prep per contract (covers schools in selected demographic)

Marketing Program: Range $2900 - $3750

  1. 3 Macro Marketing projects per year/contract (telemarketing, mailing, email, fax)
  2. 3-5 Micro Marketing project per contract
  3. Up to 2 in-home, personalized prep sessions/reviews (client option)
  4. 1 independent cross-check per contract
  5. Selected clientele in particular demographics
  6. 14-hour per day, 6 day a week advising (office/cell hours Monday- Friday, 8 am - 10 pm, no Sundays)
  7. Customized marketing program developed to client-specific interests in all major areas of search (athletic, academic, financial, environmental)

  9. Will provide up to 25 personalized postcards

  13. On-going athletic evaluation
  14. Evaluation cross-checked by sport specialist (if needed)

  19. Selected clients- BAC carries a limited number of student-athletes per sport, per graduating class.

Retainer Option

  • $300 – 3 hours of advising
  • Advising in all facets of the college search / recruiting process
  • $400 – Base evaluation
