Athletic Consulting (BAC) is an athletic evaluation and advising program that focuses on
the entire college search. BAC evaluates and projects athletic ability, assesses academic
strengths and weaknesses, advises on financial aid matters, and partners with the
student-athlete and his/her family to find the most suitable college environment.
BAC combines the resources and expertise of many highly respected and qualified
professionals to impact your college search. Through research, film study and extensive
fact finding, BAC develops a complete understanding of the student-athlete's athletic
ability, specific skill level, academic standing, and financial background. It is this
comprehensive study of the athlete that college coaches recognize as being credible,
professional, and objective.
The NCAA's position on recruiting and scouting services: "NCAA rules
prohibit scouting services from receiving payment based on the amount of your [the
student-athlete's] college scholarship. The NCAA does not sanction or endorse any
scouting service. Therefore, attempt to determine whether the scouting service meets NCAA
requirements." Source: 2000-01 NCAA Guide for the College-Bound
Student-Athlete Magazine (NCAA 15110-7/00)
BAC's position on recruiting and scouting services: BAC is not a professionally
licensed and certified agency. BAC is paid a flat fee based on the evaluation and
assessment of a student-athlete. BAC does not represent any one individual to any one
college or academic institution, nor does it accept payment based on the amount of
scholarship received. BAC does not guarantee scholarship as a part of this service. |
